Grosvenor Health & Social Care are delighted to announce the acquisition of CDA Care Ltd.
CDA Care is a Home Care provider based in South Wales, delivering over 3,000 hours of care per week to service users across the Swansea, Neath and Carmarthenshire regions.
This acquisition will complement our existing Care Cymru brand, who already deliver over 8,000 of care in neighbouring authorities, as we continue to enhance our overall presence in Wales.
Commenting on the latest acquisition, Helen Baker, National Operations Director for Grosvenor Health & Social Care stated:
